To ebay, this is by no means a weapon nor can ot be converted to a weapon. The only way this can do harm to a person is if they trip and fall real real hard against it and get an abrasion burn or if someone else holds it against hteir head and rubs real hard generating a noogie!

Please do not remove this non weapon nylon equipment. Eagle industries combat integrated releasable armor system (ciras), maritime model vest. This model has a single releasable pull pillow tab mounted directly below the neck unlike the land based model which has a dula pullpillow tab on the side and bottem. The maritime also provides dual side velcro flap cummerbun closures to allow successful mounting of larger molle/pals pouches (i, e, triple double rifle mag pouches) no the front of the vest based on mission configuration. The ciras vest is a size large, in great condition and was donned less than ten times in theatre. I eneded up wearing a plate carrier the rest of the deployment. Teh vest is clear of any rips tears or abrasions. All seams are securewith on loosening. There is a small amount a oil residue on one side of the velcro closurethat is not visible. The interior mesh is complete. The vest only needs the soft armor and plates and is ready to wear.

It can hold both or either. Note there is no armor in this for sale!

Also included is several pouches from allied industries/eagle and blackhawk. I am throwing in a camel back 3 day assault pack as well along with and extra fire fly infared 9 volt beacon and a khaki riggers belt. The pack is in great condition as well with zero rips or tears and a new bladder to go along and removable waist belt. 1 smoke grenade pouch/ allied ind. 3 double rifle magazine pouches with removable flaps/ blackhawk1 radio pouch/ allied ind.
