This is a surefire model 951. This tactical ligth is the most commonly used by our us armed forces.
This lights has been upgraded from the thumb screw mount to a a. R. M. S-17 tri-lock system. Powered by two lithium batteries and produces 65 lumens for one hour of runtime or 120 lumens for 20 minutes using an optional ultra-high output lamp assembly.
This model will mount to any picatinny rail system and has a very sleek look and feel with the milspec hard anodizing( mil-a-8625 type iii class 2 ) it also features a thumb on/off switch as well as a pressure switch with a 6 inch long cable for quick and easy on/off capability. The bezel, lamp, and tailcap are also interchangeable with surefire`s special operations series of handheld flashlights, allowing for expedient field swapping of parts. Last but not least is hte fm63 infared filter, used for covert operations. ( in conjunction with night vision devices ) so, given all the specs, you can`t beat the price or quality of this product it retails well over $300.00.
